Join us for a stretching and movement class with Tai Chi instructor Marie LaPre’ Grabon on Wednesdays at 3:45-4:30 p.m. The classes will focus on exercises that promote balance, flexibility, coordination, and breathing.

Marie has been a Tai Chi practitioner and teacher since 2017. She lives in Hardwick where she also maintains her studio as a fiber artist. Marie teaches a variety of Tai Chi forms in Morrisville, VT.
These sessions with Marie have been conveniently scheduled before the pickleball game at 4:30, and you are also invited to sign up for that activity as well.

Practice games are normally on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 - 6:30 and Sundays from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the Woodbury Elementary School.
